8.1 No refund or exchange will be accepted by Phare Médica other than for defective merchandise or errors in this sense.

8.2 Phare Médica reserves complete discretion whether or not to accept a request for reimbursement and/or exchange.

8.3 Any request for refund or exchange must be made within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the order.

8.4 In the event that Phare Médica agrees to a refund or an exchange, the merchandise must be returned in its original condition in accordance with the return provisions mentioned above.

8.5 In the event that a refund is accepted by Phare Médica, it will be made using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction and will only be made following receipt of the said order.

8.6 In the event that a refund or an exchange is granted by Phare Médica, the charge for administrative, handling and shipping costs will apply in accordance with the provisions for the return of goods cited above.
